The Arkansas Shakespeare Theatre is excited to announce that this June it will be bringing free performances of The Comedy of Errors to two of Arkansas’ favorite cultural hotspots: the Crystal Bridges Museum of Natural Art and the Winthrop Rockefeller Institute.
This amusing comedy for the whole family will appear on Crystal Bridges’ Walker Landing from 7-8:30 p.m. on June 18. There is no admission or registration required.
The Comedy of Errors will be hosted on the front lawn of the Winthrop Rockefeller Institute from 6:30-8 p.m. on June 28, with a 30-minute question-and-answer session with the cast afterwards. This event is free, but seats should be reserved by contacting Theresa Edattukaren at email@example.com or (501) 727-6220. 200 chairs will be set up for the performance, but there will also be room for blankets to be spread out on the lawn.
The Institute’s River Rock Grill will open for dinner at 4 p.m. Audience members are welcome to bring food and beverages, but alcohol or cooking devices are prohibited.
